**Press Release: RIM Research Network Welcomes New Managing Director**
The Race in the Marketplace (RIM) research network is delighted to announce the appointment of Trish Wedderburn as the new Managing Director. With a background in advising, teaching, instructional design, and curriculum development, Trish is well-equipped to support the continued growth and development of RIM.
Trish holds a Master’s in Professional Studies with a focus on Instructional Design & Development, and a Bachelor’s in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Her professional journey is marked by accomplishments in program development, conference presentations, student and faculty development, and grants.
Her career highlights include designing and launching innovative educational programs, developing inclusive curricula, and facilitating faculty development workshops. Trish has held positions at Towson University, University of Maryland, and the American Institute of Architects, where she has demonstrated her commitment to fostering educational excellence and inclusivity.
In her new role at RIM, Trish will support RIM leadership, manage the progress of multiple network projects, help refine internal processes and support the development of funding proposals. Her rich experience in project management, grant writing, and fostering collaborative environments makes her an invaluable addition to the RIM team.
